A teenager takes a hit off a NOS balloon at a backyard party. Along with the usual handles of cheap alcohol and beer, Partygoers inhale balloons full of nitrous oxide, causing a short high by starving the brain of oxygen, which can cause affixation and in some circumstances, death.
