Here’s one way to get kids to eat their vegetables — or play with them, anyway! Sushi chef Okistugu Kado has carved more than 40 “Star Wars” characters from “carrots, Japanese radish and a sweet potato, so on.”
The “Star Wars” superfan documents each of his gorgeous creations at his mouth-watering My Sushi World blog. His other veggie art includes an awesome “zoo” and a fantastically detailed carrot Spider-Man. (And his Darth Vader sushi roll is insanely tasty looking!)
