We’re usually too busy rolling around in hundred dollar bills to notice the printing on them — that’s where the Make Your Franklin community art project comes in! The international project, aiming for “cultural reflection,” asks participants to “re-create a symbol of modern society: the $100 banknote.” The resulting works range from the whimsical to the beautiful to the downright bizarre. Thus, none will fool the cashier at the Kwik-E-Mart.
