As further proof the world has gone “sue-crazy”, Evel Knievel is sueing Kanye West for portraying a character called” “Evel Kanyevel” in his video for “Touch the Sky”. Is he trying to outlaw parody!?

Knievel has turned into a crabby old putz and claims West uses his image to “catapult himself on the public.” It’s actually a cool tribute, and West uses a rocket not a motorcycle.
