Country star Troy Gentry kills captive bear
A truly cruel and cowardly story, country music singer Troy Gentry has pleaded guilty to killing a domesticated, captive bear, named “Cubby.” He was going to lie and pretend he’d killed it in a hunt, but what he really did was shoot it in a tiny 3-acre private enclosure surrounded by an electric fence. He’s disgraced his fans and family, and the assertion that hunting is a “sport” with his cowardly and deceitful act.
