Buddy loves Maine
Buddy in Bar Harbor
We hit Bar Harbor on Mount Desert Island in Maine for a little vacation earlier this month, and it was wonderful! Next week we’ll blow out some info and photos on the scenery, happenings and food (Amsterdam style), but here’s a preview through Buddy’s eyes…

It’s a Buddy vacation extravaganza with 8 more photos below! (and info on how dog friendly Bar Harbor is.)
Bar Harbor (and all of Mount Desert Island which includes the incredible Acadia National Park) is the most dog friendly vacation spot we’ve ever visited! Dogs are allowed throughout the park, town, in stores and at just about every restaurant that has outdoor seating! Buddy dined with us every night. It was his best vacation ever!

Yes indeed
ps – There’s a doggie water bowl outside of almost every store. And Buddy, who usually shuns the communitty water bowl at his dog run, insisted on stopping to drink out of each one. After a week he owned Bar Harbor.
