a couple months ago we posted on our fascination with the amazing architecture of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Marina V. who’s from Sao Paulo saw the post and sent in these beautiful shots and cool info on Brasilia, the capitol of Brazil, adding fuel to our fire!…

“Bridge JK was built in homenage to the president Juscelino Kubitschek, the guy who had the idea to change the capital of Brasil from Rio de Janeiro to Brasilia. Brasilia is in the middle of Brazil and didnt exist before 1950, when the president decided to move the capital to force growth in other parts of Brazil that werent Rio-Sao Paulo.”
