everyone knows there’s no truth in advertising; but this tacky jewelry store on 42nd St. in the Hyatt still seems to grab a few unknowing tourists with their deceitful name “Christi Sothers Jewelry” – that rips off Christie’s and Sotheby’s, 2 of NY (and the world’s) most prominent sellers of fine jewelry and art…

Update: Gwin sent us this fabulous observation… Are you sure they aren’t trying to send us some sort of carefully-disguised religious message? “Christi Sothers” >> “Christ is others” – I’m just sayin’, is all.
