the weekly Buzz has the latest news and hot tips on NY dining. this week she solves a mystery for us about the opening the new restaurant Kitchen and Cocktails on Orchard. after taking these photos last week, we’d been wondering about the “March opening”. per the Buzz it will be opening the end of May.
