outlaw rocker infiltrates music stores
cool little follow-up on the great story about the artist Bansky putting up his own works in 4 of NY’s top museums… we were talking to our musician friend Joe about it and he told us he’s been doing the same thing with his CD’s for years! he goes into music stores around the city and leaves his CD’s. files ‘em himself into the correct genre, alphabetized and all. just for the fuck of it. even has his friends try and buy them once in a while. (and he credits a friend for the idea, maybe it’s happening all over!) Dam, we love anarchist artists.
